As head of online, I was responsible for a team of eight and the development of the digital side of the organisation. My role was to lead business development efforts and direct commercial relationships. During my time unique users rose by 50%, our social media metrics showed a +100 % increase. I put two DVDs to market yielding 11k sales in the first two months, from a 3.5k production cost.

This role combined account management with online PR, extensive content management accross a range of channels and editrorial team leadership to get the job done, quickly and well. Key was the management of sites, the developent of relationships with media partners to ensure quick dissemination of key client messages.
